Starting at the Beginning...

"The journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step."

In my case, the journey started with a conversation with my wife when I mentioned the idea of a cross-state bicycle "quest." Since that time many months ago, my wife and kids have supported me as I've spent hours training on the bike, encouraged my efforts, and helped fit equipment purchases into the budget. So here on the front page of the site, I want to give them the credit that they're due - without you, this wouldn't be possible!


	The Goal: To ride my e-bike 500+ miles from the Appalachian Mountains to the Atlantic Ocean and raise money for the MS Society.

What's MS?
